FOUNDRY AND FINISHING
Our facility includes a Non-Ferrous Sand Casting Foundry. We specialize in Aluminum, Bronze, Nickel, and Brass. We have automatic core-making capabilities. The Finishing Department within our Foundry provides a number of finishing options for your products; Wheelabrator, Hand Polishing, Vonnegut, Plating (zinc, brass, nickel, chrome), Anodizing, Primer, and Paint. Our foundry can handle your orders from prototyping to large production quantities.
SEWING AND ASSEMBLY
Our Industrial Sewing Department is able to work with numerous materials from cloth to vinyl to rubber. We work with customers to meet their specific Fire, Smoke, and Toxicity Testing requirements. We have made curtains, shades, and visors for the transportation industry for over 150 years.
Our skilled craftsmen can help you with your assembly needs to reduce a short-term workload or on a long-term basis. Our Assembly Department offers complete metal, vinyl, rubber, wood, plastic, and glass assembly services.
